Prior to stem cell injection I used trimix and my dose was 30 units or 0.3ml. First thing I noticed is spontaneous morning erections came back but would lose them when attempting intercourse or even just getting up and walking 10 steps. Since the stem cell injection I have cut my trimix dose down to 15units or 0.15ml. About 1 week ago I tried cialis and it did absolutely nothing but then again cialis never worked for me. A few days ago I tried a compounded mixture of cialis and viagra and it worked decently enough for intercourse. Prior to the stem cell injection no oral medications worked. .[/quote
Wow, this is such a great post. Thanx.
Besides that, it's a shame how expensive it is. Probably your results will be even better after a second procedure
Do you also use a Ved? Maybe this will speed up the progress.
You have no idea of the source of your E.d. Have you used Finasteride, Anti-depressants or Ro-accutane in the past?

Originally I was thought to have a venous leak due to Doppler results but a CT showed no leak. Anyways went to reputable stem cell place in the US here cost was $4000. I’m not rich and had to save for this for a while. I was told full results would be 3-6 months and this was an actual doctor that did the procedure. Used my own stem cells which is what most clinical trials have done. I am still young enough that I would like to hold out on an implant for 5-10 years. Reason I would like to hold out is they are expensive and I might need 3-4 replacements in my lifetime which can cause complication.

I’m still unable to have spontaneous intercourse but can stimulate myself and obtain a 70 percent erection that goes away without stimulation. Again these are some great improvements but I’m already 2 months in and did not have enough gains to get back to a normal sex life.
This is interesting, and good to hear. Could you send me the name of the clinic you used? DM is great if you don't want to post it publicly.

For the several years I had thought I had a venous leak because I was diagnosed with it by my urologist after doing a Doppler. I searched for about a year regarding treatment for venous leak and found an interventional radiologist doing treatment for this. I flew down to see him and he did a CT caversogram before taking me back for any treatment. It was determined that there was no venous leak and my arterial flow was normal also. So I have no known cause unfortunately.
I can tell you my symptoms mimic venous leak almost exactly. I have not taken any of the medications you have mentioned. My ED didn’t start out this severe either. In the beginning 1-2 years oral meds even at low doses worked great. But over the course of 2 years oral meds stopped working. I do not use a VED but after the stem cell injection I was prescribed cialis 5mg daily for 90 days.
As far as a second procedure the doctor I chose didn’t recommend a second one and he basically thinks the results you get are going to be what you get no matter how many injections. He said maybe we could do a second one in 1-2 years if your results regress. So far I’ve had some positive changes for sure. However not enough to be functioning without meds though.

I sent you a PM happy to answer any questions. I’ve tried several things that I thought would help on my journey with ED. I struggled with this for 5 years now.

Good to hear you never took those medications.
Thanx for answering my q's.
If v.l. and previous med's is not a cause, i might think there is some hormonal or neurological imbalance. Maybe it's corporal fibrosis. Don't know where you located, but if you could afford i would visit Dr. Goldstein in San Diego. He will do all the he tests and more to find the cause of your e d.

Thanks unfortunately San Diego is a bit far from me. I will definitely look into Dr. Goldstein though maybe I could start with video visits.
Re: Stem cell treatment for ED
Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in here.I flew to Panama. Got 150M stem cells by IV plus the stem cell P-shot in the shaft of another 4M umbilical cord mysenchemal stem cells. This was over over a 3 day period. Ive had slight dick pain from another mild PD re-inflammation/injury and it completely went away in a month. It didn't fix curve nor hourglass. VERY expensive but felt like its my dick, its worth a shot. These cells migrate to wherever inflammation is running rampant in the body. However per Dr Trost, they rarely stay in the penis for very long and just get washed out within a day by 99%, so that part they haven't really figured out yet. Anyone have any questions in regards to this feel free to PM me
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.
