I've been Netflix and Chill with Trimix videos on YouTube LOL. One video said no more than once every 24 hours and not more than 3 times a week.
Also disparage with how long it works. One video said an hour and then another said 4-6 hours. I was under the impression that it's a chemical to get you erect no matter what, I mean as long as there's not actual physical damage. And if you're not supposed to have an erection longer than 4 hours do you stay hard the entire time? One video implied you can go again cause it works so long, but the impression I got was you get hard again and are not staying hard that entire time. But if you have Psychological ED like I do, or may have, then does that come into play or not.
Edit: Just watched a video that says Venous Leak can be treated with Viagra too. So maybe the first responder was correct and I have Venous Leak. I still know there's a psychological part of my ED.

Jester: Yes, Trimix gives me an erection every time. I could be thinking about doing taxes and I would still get just as hard. But it's tricky to get started; you have to start with a small dose and titrate up in small dose increases every 3-4 days to avoid priapism, so it takes 3-4 weeks to get reliable erections. The length of time it works is proportional to the amount injected. Most guys have after-action pain from one of the ingredients, including me, but my urologist minimizes it by putting me on 100mg Viagra plus about half of the Trimix I would otherwise need. Other guys' urologists adjust the three percentages or give them one of the other injectables: Monomix, Bimix, or Quadmix.
Some FT guys think scarring comes from needle damage; others think it's from one of the components. I don't know which it is. I don't think urologists know either!
I've posted my complicated injection technique in posts in the "Injections" topic. I'll point you to them if you wish.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
