Has anyone used this ED device? I checked the SEARCH and didn't find a response. A friend of mine who is a doctor told me about it. He uses it to supplement his oral meds and his injections for sex. He was telling me that recently he was finding his injection wasn't working very well, so he got his Xaillia and it helped him finish. He doubts that his wife knew he had it on as it is very unobtrusive, according to him.
Basically it is a silicone cock ring with another ring that lifts the scrotum/balls. There is a small strap that runs under the taint and up the butt crack to attach to a small velcro-type pad on your lower back. The purpose of the strap is to stabilize the rings so they can do their job, but stay out of the way. My friend says he hardly knows he has it on, but it really helps keep him hard. The website says it was invented and then tested by doctors.
Just wondering of others have tried it.
I have ordered one, but it hasn't had time to arrive.
The website is https://xialla.com/ for more information.

Try searching with the spelling xialla, omitting the last i.
