you need 1mcg per kg according to papers, so assuming you are 85kgs you need 100mcg. with 5mg bottles+ 3ml bac water on the market would be six units per syringe a day for like 3 times a week

Assuming youre currently or have been on it, how has your libido been since its using the med?
Have you ever used Oxytocin for boosting libido also?

havent used it because of the delivery method, you need too many shots.
sorry i cant tell you anything about oxytocin, but i must say i havent found any paper about male arousal and oxytocin.
i would consider pt141 for 3 times a week if i wasnt concerned about dopamine withdrawal

My uro prescribed it to me last week. I'll take it tomorrow when I pick it up from the pharmacy.

Would you explain what you mean by, "dopamine withdrawal"? Sounds like its a bad side effect. Please explain because my uro also prescribed pt141 to me and it sounds alarming.

hey there,
your uro is a doctor and im a business lawyer so you def need to follow your uro advice and not mine.
that said, mechanism of action of this peptide is not clear if you look at the papers, but most likely involve dopamine action, with its consequences when you drop it (even if it isnt adderrall of anything like that)
dopamine withdrawal: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl ... or%20years).
BUT to be honest fda review didnt indicate it:
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatf ... 000lbl.pdf
as said, problem is they dont know for sure the mechanism of action of this peptide (why it works) and you can speculate its a dopaminergic,
check this:
"In fact, research suggests that MC3R function and dopamine levels are closely linked and that this relationship varies based on sex[1]. Dopamine is best thought of as the hormone most responsible for motivation and drive. By manipulating dopamine levels, MC3R appears to help regulate the drive for food, sex, and other pleasurable activities."

Who knows? Maybe theyre working on something now to modify that part of the brain responsible for libido production in order to boost its levels for "hypo-libido" sufferers.
Re: Has Anyone Tried Kisspeptin to Boost Libido?
Kisspeptin is a naturally occurring hormone in the body that plays a role in regulating reproductive function. It is known to stimulate the release of other hormones, such as luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which are involved in the menstrual cycle and fertility.
Research has suggested that kisspeptin may have potential in the modulation of sexual behavior and libido. Some studies have explored the use of kisspeptin as a potential treatment for low libido or sexual dysfunction, particularly in individuals with certain medical conditions or hormonal imbalances.
However, it's important to note that the use of kisspeptin for boosting libido is still largely experimental and investigational. The research in this area is limited, and more studies are needed to establish the safety, efficacy, and appropriate dosing of kisspeptin for enhancing sexual desire or treating sexual dysfunction.
If you are experiencing concerns related to libido or sexual function, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional or a specialist, such as a gynecologist or urologist, who can evaluate your specific situation, assess any underlying causes or contributing factors, and provide appropriate recommendations or treatment options.
They can explore potential causes of low libido, such as hormonal imbalances, medication side effects, psychological factors, or relationship issues, and suggest appropriate interventions or therapies based on your individual needs.
