I won't give up!

Ever since I took antidepressants (2014-2017) such as Sertraline, Fluoxetine, and Bupropione, I have had difficulty getting an erection. PE, mainly.

But, ok, nothing that a Cialis 20mg and alcohol couldn't help me with.

I spent years just masturbating, without sex, until I met a girl who is in love with me.

I decided to try Cialis daily, and it worked, I found out that my penis was even bigger (16,5cm). Only happiness! I would be able to satisfy her.

At June, I made the mistake of going to an endocrinologist who, saying that my testosterone and estradiol were low (350ng/dl and 28pg/ml), recommended me to use 200mg of cypionate/14 days. The result: panic, imnsony and erectile dysfunction. Only the Savior knows how I managed to stand erect next to my girlfriend (we dated long-distance).

Returning to my hometown, I stopped my testosterone therapy and went to a better urologist. He in recommended Clomid daily 20mg. Now my testo is at 500ng/dl and estradiol 15ng/dl. However, I have total dysfunction. I did the Doppler exam and everything went well, I even had 5 hours of erection with 15 units of Bimix.

Oh, my God, I don't know what else to do! My psychiatrist recommended Donaren to me, and can help me...

My penis is very flaccid and needs a lot of stimulation to get hard...

Can anyone help me (or even pray for me)? I just wish I could have sex... Thanks to the Savior, my girlfriend said she loves me and will help me in this journey!

Hi Grof, welcome to the forum.

You have two big things going for you, a loving and supportive girlfriend, and your faith.

Keep working with your urologist, and be completely open with him as to the severity of your problem.
There are several paths of treatment to take. Hopefully you'll find one that works well, and if necessary, there's always the implant route. At your age, I'd try everything else first though.

Hi Grof, yes, do not give up! The best thing is your girlfriend is supportive. Also your faith seems strong.
Injections are wonderful when you get the response you're looking for. A bit inconvenient as you have to schedule sex, keep the mix refrigerated, and not have a fear of needles.
If you can find a good men's urologist who deals with sexual dysfunction they can assist with any issues, give you options and keep you sexually active. They can also check on the medicines you have been prescribed if any might cause problems.
