Did you have a vasectomy and made your erections worse?
I had a vasectomy over 15 years ago, several months ths after the vasectomy I noticed my testicles getting softer, decrease libido and weaker erections. I wonder if it just me or it happened to other men as well
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

I had mine done at 32.
Never had any problems at all!
Had to shave myself for the procedure,
Really liked it and have shaved clean ever since.

Had mine done in 1990 after daughter was born. No issues but it sure was embarrassing to have to bring a cup of sperm to the nurses at the doc's office. Took several times to get the ALL CLEAR!
As years passed there has been a decrease in ejaculate volume. That can be partly blamed on aging, I'm sure. Never had erection problems until ED hit about 15 years after the vasectomy.

Had mine done in 1996 at the same time as a bi-lateral orchiopexy (used to get torsions). Other than a sore sack, I never had any issues.

Yes.not sure why.
I had considerable pvp for about a year when I would climax. The doctors just blew it off and said it would "probably resolve".
Talk about gun shy.

Vasectomy at age 30. No change in function or sensation. Now ED from getting old.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
Re: Did you have a vasectomy and made your erections worse?
I had a vasectomy approximately 23 years ago. Prior to vasectomy, I never had problems getting/maintain an erection.
However, soon after my vasectomy, I started to notice that even though I was still able to get a somewhat erection, I was unable to maintain the erection.
As years went one, I finally decided to see my Dr. about it and he prescribed me some Viagra. That helped for a while.
Once the Viagra stopped working, I decided it was time to go visit a urologist. I explained to him that my ED didn't start until after my vasectomy. He said that having a vasectomy procedure wouldn't cause me to have ED. He then switched me over to Levitra. Like Viagra, that only worked for a while and then prescribed me some Cialis 20 mg. I am now on Cialis Daily 5 mg and that is no longer working either. Not one time has my urologist suggest any other options.
