23 years have gone by since the snip .. you did not state age .. health issues ..weight ..smoking ...drinking .. all effects the quality and the quantity of erections as you age ..

Has anyone had an implant inserted after having orchiopexy surgery. Was it necessary to do intra pubic considering the condition of the scrotum? Not sure if this is the right spot on the board.
