I have been considering getting a maleable implant, but I'm 70 years old. Would using Trimix which I have used in the past work just as well. My Wife allows me anal sex periodically as well as vaginal sex, so I'm just at a very lost stage. Pills just don't work. At least the common ones I've tried. Any suggestions.

Only you can answer those questions. Questions to consider:

How often would you get to use it?
Were you satisfied with the results you were getting with the injections?
Was pain an issue?
Will having a definite shower cause any issues for you?
Are you a quick healer? Or any other comorbidity concerns?

Trimix may work for you and worth giving it a try before undergoing surgery.
As your wife allows anal sex my suggestion would be the 3 piece inflatable. You can adjust the hardness unlike a malleable. I was 68 when I got my Titan and it's been great.

I'm 72, don't worry about age, many of us on here are seniors. All or most have tried and used pills and injections and combinations of both. Most meds and injections worked for years for some others haven't worked at all. In my case I tried Viagra for years, was also on a Testosterone suppl for years. Then progressed to TriMix and other injections. All seemed to work for a few years and then just slowly gave out and stopped working.
Even though we are in our senior years, we still want and need our sexual experience. My wife still wanted that sexual experience. I could no longer just give up that sexual activity as I'd lose my erection in the middle of penetration.
This year I made the decision for Me to get more help and I asked my Urologist about an implant.
I received my Implant AMS700LGX on 26 Mar. It is possibly several weeks of painful swelling recovery. But this week, 2wKs after surgery the Dr look me over and started me cycling my Implant up and down (inflating and deflating)
You will probably lose some length after surgery, but some might be able to regain length with Cycling stretches over time.
You may see many guys with several different sizes of penises. Pics are readily available. You will here the experiences of most of the guys on here. DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE. We are all in the same situation.
