I don't know about calling 988. I would never discourage anyone from making the call.
It is sort of like a pull the trigger situation. I doubt it has ever done harm. May have caused further thinking. For those that think it did not help them, that they did not need to call. If you are still here after call great. There are some that that call might be just the punch they need and are still here. I think the worst the call could do is be a step toward another call to someone closer to see in person. I am nothing special. I am just plain lucky. I have never thought of hurting myself. I have been so depressed I wish I would just disappear and be gone.
I am not always happy. I am glad I am alive.

Can totally see for younger people what a personal hell no erections could be, especially if they had experienced them but lost them far earlier than most.

However the advice given earlier of why not try implant first they decide to live or die.

I get a pumped up plastic is not the same as natural but I felt the same about pills. But grateful I used them as anything is better than nothing in my opinion.

The post above mine calls it right. The practical tips advocated are incredibly useful. As for the emotional/psychological support side of things, this forum is an absolute blessing and, aside from the odd viperous moron, most blokes here strive to give words of encouragement, comfort or wise advice. It is no exaggeration to say I owe my life to this forum. That cliche of light in the darkness is bang on for Franktalk.
44 years old. Shingles seems to have brought on VL 10 years back. NHS and Private healthcare say ‘keep taking the blue-pills, champ!’ Never managed to obtain a definitive medical explanation for my ED, which gets on my tits more than I can say.
