Venous leak and other health issues on the same area

I've had venous leak all my life and my sex life has been miserable. Currently I don't have sex.

I have also varicocele in my testicles. The only cure for that is surgery but there is no need for that if I can live with the issue. I must be careful with sports etc.

Last issue is that I have inguinal hernia and the surgery will be in September. There is no other cure for that. Hernia is quite painful but not all the time.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Yeah, getting old sucks! Hang in there and take it one step at a time. Us old guys are tough.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
