On 5 mg Cialis daily. Can I take 20 to 40 mg ?

I am on 5 mg of Cialis daily, but it is not helping. Does anyone take 20 or 40 mg only just for sex on top of 5mg daily?

I'd try a 50 or 100mg Viagra for sex, along with the 5mg daily Cialis, rather than more Cialis

I take 5mg a day mostly against BPH. However I do think it gives me a plumpness even though more does not help me get erect. I don't think taking double doses of some of these drugs are that good for you. I know both Viagra and Levitra will give you blueflashes and other concerning things.

Urologist I know recommends 5-10 mg Tadalafil daily with 100 mg Viagra during sex.

MTJAY .. the max dose of Cialis is 20mg per day .. if you take one every 1/2 hour or take 4 5mg at one time no matter how you cut it the max does is 20mg.
