Re: VIAGRA UNREAL COST
Viagra was reasonable in cost at first---after they got millions of people hooked on it they whack you for costs. Profit is one thing---a good thing. But rip off exhorbitant charges like this is criminal. The technology was created a long time ago, nothing expensive to pay for now--it's all gravy to the drug outfit. Shame on them.

I have been buying Tadalafil from ADC for several years. Once you place the order you will receive a request from them to confirm you will not be using it in the US. Once you respond that you do not intend to use it in the US, they will ship it.

Ha, a little loophole in the law? I wonder if it is really legal.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.
Re: VIAGRA UNREAL COST
I have been using the online generic Viagra for probably 12 years... Always worked great... I messed myself up about 2 months ago by taking an un-prescribed injection I had a 16 hour priapism... And for now I need more than that. I saw a uro about 5 days later... when I told him I had taken the generic Viagra for several years.. he acted offended that I said "generic Viagra" He said there is NO generic Viagra... He told me that twice!!! Anyway.. he wrote me a script for the REAL Viagra... I had it filled... $29.00 a pill.... that's crazy... who can afford that? I still get the (non) generic Viagra from an online pharmacy in Canada for about $1.50 to $1.70 a pill depending on how many I order... I Still can't get a very good erection since the priapism, but from my experience with the V from the doc and online before the priapism... the online V worked just as good or better...

I've been getting the generic Viagra through Canada for about a year now. I have received pills that were actually made in India. 80 100mg pills (Sildenafil) cost about $120. I have not had very much sucsess with the brand name viagra or the generic. The generic gives me nightime erections, but does seem to work when I want it to. I have been on blood pressure meds and type 2 diabetes meds for 25 years and I know that stuff takes it's toll on you when it comes to ED. I'm in my early 70's and have learned to work around things and have acceptable sex even with the E.D. You have to do the best you can and not give up. An understanding wife helps too!
80 years old, have had E.D. for 30 years. Cancer necessitated removal of prostate. Married with very understanding wife.

Re: VIAGRA UNREAL COST
...generic 'Viagra' (sildenfil citrate), after it went off patent, has been available in Mexico (where I live) for a number of years under the name Maxifort/Zimax. It's available in 50mg yellow tabs, 10 tabs for 299 pesos (about $24) from many chemists including Farmacia Similaires...or Old Dr. Simi... any decent sized town in Mexico has a Farmacia Similaires. I believe Farmacia Guadalajara also sells it for a similar price. I have seen and purchased Maxifort for as low as 56 pesos at one small farmacia (about $4.50) for 4 tabs...so it's not expensive stuff. Pfizer did try 'greening' Viagra, by finding new uses for the lucrative drug in an effort to keep it under patent protection...but that attempt mostly failed. In Mexico most medications with the exception of antibiotics and opiate based controlled meds are non prescription.. in short Viagra/Maxifort, Cialis and Levittra are over-the-counter meds and they can be purchased without prescription.
FYI Pfizer's patent on Viagra has been invalidated by the Canadian courts for non disclosure legal reasons, but it seems the price to the consumer has stayed the same. Maxifort has not yet made an appearance in Canada as of yet.

Re: VIAGRA Is it non Rx in Costa Rica?
I am headed down to Costa Rica in a month and was wondering if I can get it there without a RX?

...maybe read this to get an idea on what is happening in Costa Rica..
http://www.insightcrime.org/news-briefs ... -smuggling
http://www.boomersoffshore.com/boomers/ ... icines.htm
... medications are generally sold at exorbitant prices in Costa Rica...similar to Canada where special attention has been made in intercepting 'offshore' or generic drugs that replace the exorbitantly priced patented meds. That's why only a few offshore suppliers now ship to Canada. Canadian customs have gotten pretty good at intercepting a large percentage of the overseas shipments, creating too many re-send requests.
...if ordering offshore ED medications, Cialis, Levitara or Viagra, try to get the products made by Cipla of India... Their labs produce some top quality products.
It was also Cipla who were largely responsible for driving down the unaffordable cost of HIV anti-viral meds. Millions of poor folks were dying of aids in Africa, unable to afford the exorbitant prices. It was Cipla who started to supply generic meds at a tiny fraction of the cost prompting calls (from the USA and Europe) for patent reform in India as a way of choking off the supply of these cheaper generics.

Re: VIAGRA UNREAL COST
That's interesting, I didn't know Canada was intercepting drugs made off shore.
I recently got an order from a Canadian Pharmacy, and it was sent airmail from India.
Awhile back I got some shipped from Mauritius (sp).
I wonder how long it'll take the drug companies here to pay off more politicians to stop that practice like they extended the patents?
