Yes, subcutaneously. Although there are some methods to use as a nasal spray but I've never seen any reviews that favored the spray,

Also, I've purchased Bremelanotide from three different types of suppliers: 1) somewhat shady retailers selling a dried form that you mix with bacteriostatic water, 2) compounding pharmacies that send you the liquid, 3) Vyleesi which is FDA regulated and sent in an autojector that distributes 1.75mg (Vyleesi is only approved for premenopausal women but prescribed off-label for men.) The price goes up from #1 to #3.

Nasal spray is a complete waste of time and money. Just keep your doses low. I went a little heavy last time and spent the day dry heaving. Not nice.
