It take me forever to ejaculate with wife or when masterbating. Any know cures?? Cremes, herbs, drugs???
72 married male. monogamous 50+ years. Nerve issues - laminectomy/fusion L4/5. Sciatica issues. Can get full but not hard. Some loss of feeling, can ejaculate. good precum. miss spontaneous sex. On TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, now on trimix 30/1/10

I am of no help, but would be interested in the responses.

I was having trouble prior to my implant (June 3, 2024), and now really have trouble reaching the point. However, I am only 4 months post-op, so I guess that is to be expected.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

I sometimes have difficulty too. Rarely orgasm with PIV. Generally successful with my wife's vibrator on the underside of the glans often with her help. I'm also my own worst enemy - when I feel it coming on, I try to force it quicker and lose it - got to remember to keep relaxed. I sometimes also use a product called "Make Me Cum" sold by Adam and Eve which I found in a post here on FT. I think it helps a little. You apply a small amount to the glans and supposedly increases sensitivity.
