Saw Palmetto

Looking for reviews/opinions regarding taking saw palmetto. Anyone here who's been taking it long enough to notice any real improvement for men?

I assume you are talking about using it to reduce the size of prostate and thus improve urine flow. I have not taken saw palmetto .... my uro said it would not help. I had Green Light Laser surgery at the end of January .... The surgery was a breeze for me and it made a big improvement in urine flow .... you might want to consider this.

Hi If you google saw palmetto for prostate enlargement and also try, cayenne pepper for prostate enlargement, you may just find a lot more answers, from what I read they will help, just remember nuguys uro would say that, he's first a doctor and he runs a business, would not want some dumb arse patient taken a cheap herb when he can earn a living out of him.
Look if you put your faith in herbs then try in, but please make sure you do lots of background work, read lots of sites, see which ones you believe in, some sites are just full of shit, but the good ones are there, try www.earthclinic.com see what other users are saying and other things there trying, just like cayenne pepper, I do know this is good for the prostate and its health.

Saw Palmeto never did much for me. I got better results with tongkat Ali, yohimbine, and l-arginine ethyl ester. Not enough for a full erection, but some nice engorgement which I can convert to an erection with a tight tension band.
