At 77, I also have problems inducing an orgasm because I hardly feel anything when I masturbate. I can no longer get an erection either. Perhaps this is due to my masturbation history, because I have been masturbating regularly for 68 years. Is this perhaps a neurological problem? Sildenafil 100mg also has no effect on me at all. As a habitual masturbator, I miss masturbation a lot. :x
Masturbation is better than sex. :)

My suggestion would be to seek out a urologist who specializes in sexual health.
Age 74 Implanted 01/02/2024, Dr.Clavell AMS LGX, Ed for almost 20yrs. Cialis tried caused vision loss, Trimix also caused vision problems. Married 36 years.
