Hi guys.. My pt141 arrived today with instructions to keep refrigerated. I never tried it before in my life. Dosage of injection is 20 units.
1. I assume 20 units is whats marked as '20' on the syringe, correct? If thats the case, is that considered too much for a 1st time user?
2. How many mg is 20 units?
3. How many units do you suggest I try it at first?

Depends on how it's mixed. Typical is 10mg per ml, which would be 10mg per 100 units on the syringe. So, if those assumptions are correct, 20 units would be 2mg. The FDA approved dosage for premenopausal women is 1.75mg. You can judge how you fit in that scale.
I'd start with 10 units and work my way up. Everybody seems to respond radically differently.
