Supplements
I see advertising on social media for supplements that supposedly help ED like Shilajit, Nitric Oxide, etc. I also see ads for ED pills like Hims, Rugiet, Roman and BlueChew. Does anyone have any personal experience with any of these? Are they just gimmicks or are there some actual benefits from either the supplements or ED "meds"?

Re: Supplements
I'm here to tell you that I, too had a case of ED at the end of last year, 2023 ....My dick went flat... nothing, Nada, Meema... It really bugged me since I never had a problem of any kind, prior... I did some research on and took a guess that I was low on Nitric Oxide in my blood ... The suggestions to fix the NO problem was to eat the foods that mostly contribute to Nitric Oxide... There are plenty available.. Guess what...? It worked for me... My penis became alive again. with Great sexual sensations, I might add. I did not log any of the foods or time that i had done.. I see it as a no cost option..A couple of foods are: eggs, dark chocolate, water melon, dark colored grapes, brockli, wall nuts, almonds, blue berries, rasberries, straw berries, on & on...
Here's the kicker..... I'm very close to being 85 yrs. old.. and, a believer in the right foods to consume....

Magnesium helps me with this and muscle cramps.

All these pills and such are just combinations of what we have had for years, Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. If they don't work for you independently they probably won't work for you in combo.
If you want to up NItric Oxide then use L-Citrulline It’s converted into arginine, an amino acid that produces nitric oxide, a substance that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. “The main mechanism by which citrulline could be beneficial for muscle is by increasing nitric oxide.
I found this worked better than L-Arginine. Gotta use between 4-6 grams a day. Use the Citulline Malate
Re: Supplements
Supplements may help but don't expect spectacular results. I used to take daily Prelox, a patented formula for ED. More recently, I used Seredyn as needed, 30 min. before sex: it's not an ED treatment but it helps control my anxiety. Vitamin E may improve the efficacy of Viagra and other PDE-5 inhibitors.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
Re: Supplements
I can't tell you how many different men's pills I tried when ED started. Most I got was a good case of heartburn. But since then many new pills have come out like BlueChew and Hims that contain similar ingredients to viagra and cialis. Can't say if they work or not but be aware of side effects. Best to take the ED issue to a men's sexual health urologist.
