Not much room in scrotum for pump

Just had AMS 700 Implated 10 days ago. I have a small sack and the pump is hurting pretty bad. Anyone else have this ?

I'm 3 days post op and have some pain with the pump also, but I am able to move it in my sack so it stops. I have a CX implanted.

What is really helping me out is the Sepratec dual pouch underwear.
61 years old,T2 since 2008, ED since 2010. Pills have stopped working and not interested in shots. Implanted 11/20/2024 by Dr. Calvell with AMS 700 CX 21cm+1cm RTE

I have a really tight scrotum so there was some initial discomfort from the pump - eased with time and now none at all. For both of you - continuing with some ice and then moist heat may help settle things down. Tylenol is a good friend in small doses. And however your Doc recommended start manipulating the pump (pulling it down, inflate / deflate), etc. Despite our impatience to get this all going - it does take time...
