I don't know, this would have to be a very long list.
There are several ED treatments that aren't approved, or approved only in a few countries.
You didn't mention any alpha blockers: oral phentolamine is an approved ED treatment in China and Brazil, but it's not available in Western countries and doesn't work for everyone.
There are also natural supplements for ED (e.g. pycnogenol) and performance anxiety that may be useful.

There are 11 approved PDE-5 inhibitors, incl. udenafil, mirodenafil and avanafil.

Yes I've used a brand called Vitaros. Active ingredient is Alprostadil for that one.
It was OK for me in my early 30s but now is pretty useless just a few years later. Nowhere near as effective as injections.
