Medications -what they dont tell us

After experiencing chest pains at work the cardiologist said that I had angina and very high blood pressure. take the following meds and go away and enjoy life he said.
Two different types of blood pressure meds, statins, and aspirin for a short time. Soon after starting these meds I developed gastric problems and Gastro guy gives me omeprazole. No one ever mentioned the side effects of all these meds, ED and liver problems. Trying to resolve my BP with more natural methods but its still at the wrong side of normal even with ramipril and amlodipine. Got rid of the statins though, hated stuff! Liver now improving. Have some prostate probs but can keep them under control with saw pallmeto and an annual check with my family doctor, just have to get up at about 4am to pee. My dad and two of his brothers had prostate cancer so keep an eye on this. I retired from work last November and my angina hardly bothers me now, think it was caused by stress. Had cardiac catheterisation twice and things seem to be OK. Cant take the usual three meds for Ed they make me feel like death and have little effect on my erections, waiting delivery of a pump.
Would advise close check on the poss side effects of any meds B4 you take them. One you start very often they are for good, if its to late for you tell, your sons
Age 64, high blood pressure, Angina, enlarged prostate and ED, still could be a lot worse

Hi Phil, Have a very good read on this site www.spacedoc.com you should find all you answers here,( be warned there is lots to read, but worth while) its your statins, google natural ways out of HBP, you find s lots of ways to get it down, but just try one at a time, or you could try this, cayenne pepper, is one and a mix of Parsley and Garlic, For Cayenne pepper go to www.cayennepepper.info, for the parsley and garlic http://www.charmainejohnson.com/the-ben ... f-parsley/ scroll down to, for men.
Now I take booth as a fight to keep me away from ED, the cayenne pepper, mix this to a heat you can take, your mix CP in tomato paste and thin with olive oil, second one you chop a whole head of garlic up very fine, you mix the with dried parsley in olive oil, you put a teaspoon of this mix on the CP mix, mix in and take 3 teaspoons of this each morning just after you get up, its best then.

Nowhard,

The mixture that you made when combined keeps for how long in the fridge or can you leave it out. Do you have a jar combined of this mixture or does one have to do this fresh every morning?

Hi Hardrod , how the heck you doing, yes just keep them both in the fridge, mind you the garlic will out last a mix of cayenne, look I cant remember if I said but wash each spoonful you take, wash it down with water, your find this very warming on a cold day.
They both will keep well, just mix up is smallish jars, say 1/4 pound jars for each, you may find if you want to fill the garlic jar, more that a whole head of garlic.

Hi Phil, Yes told you that, but has it been helpful, its surprising just what this one tablet can do to the human body, creating so much trouble.
But does make for interesting reading.
