Trimix Gel
Would like to hear from anyone who has tried The Trimix Gel, I seem to have a lot of miss hits with injections. Any pros or cons of trimix gel, I do know the gel takes longer to activate but have no idea how effective it is.

Re: Trimix Gel
I use Trimix intraurethral gel for masturbating because I'm a wimp when it comes to sticking a needle in my dick. I'll use about .15ml, massage a second the use a VED for 4-5 minutes, then a tourniquet around my junk, some lube on my glans and stroke off into orgasmic bliss.
Re: Trimix Gel
Hi DirtroadJohnson,
I've been trying trimix gel (really a bi-mix of PGE1 and phentolamine, with lidocaine) for about 7-8 months to see if I could plump the head a bit more since intercavernosal injections just work on the corpus cavernosa, the core erectile shafts, and not the corpus spongiosum (glans and urethral area). I felt the injections made the bone solid but the head sometimes was not on par.
Many others using the injections don't have this issue apparently since there is a pressure effect when the cavernosa are hard that fills the glans as well.
When I first got the gel, I tried alone (without injection). Despite not getting a true boner in and of itself-- vs tri-mix injections which will give you one whether you stimulate or not (though I've found they can be maxed out with stimulation), with the gel the cock grew into a chubby, and with masturbation got firm, but definitely NOT to level of the tri-mix. However, though not hard, it felt full and fleshy, and prob would have worked for intercourse if the stimulation was right. Unfortunately I have not been "brave enough" to try the gel alone with a partner, but may try soon.
You insert the tip of a needle-less syringe into the meatus/urethral opening and inject the gel into the urethra, and then hold the opening closed and massage the gel down a bit. I find that after a few minutes, the gel leaks out unless you keep the opening closed-- it does not really get absorbed that well. Sometimes I massage the leaked contents into the head for a minute or two then wipe off. I'm not sure that helps. But overall in my case-- where the tri-mix gives me a boner but a flaccid-ish head-- it seems to help, just a little bit. I've probably used it 12-13 times by now.
The downsides are that it has a certain smell, not bad but slightly pharmaceutical, which you should try to clear if someone gives you oral. I use wipes and alcohol, but some may remain in the urethra. Also, I have a suspicion that the orgasm itself is limited in explosiveness, because perhaps the urethral tissue is possibly a bit engorged internally, inhibiting the ejaculation. Not sure. Some people report burning, but my gel includes lidocaine- which may diminish orgasm sensation within the urethra, but I haven't had pain. The effect duration is not as long as tri-mix.
So I guess I give it mixed reviews, but am still experimenting. Curious as well about other's experiences.

Thanks for your input, I wish I could figure out why i miss often with injections, when I do hit the erections have been really strong (9-10)
Re: Trimix Gel
Re injecting w needle- I missed the very first time, because my thumb was actually pressing on the plunger as I was sticking myself and got most just under my skin before piercing into cavernosa. I've prob done at least 50 injections since with only one other partial fail, when I hit a tiny blood vessel, but withdrew repeated and still salvaged most of it.
My technique is to try to plump the penis as much as possible (some rec a VED but that's not always practical in situ), then try to find a spot on either side in the proper zone (8-10 on left dial, 2-4 on right) and, slowly, pierce the skin. Going further you will feel more resistance as you encounter the tunica, which is harder, more fibrous. With more pressure the needle will sort of, subtly, pop through and then go in smoothly, and in my case I keep pushing (since I'm using only 5/16" needles) as deep as possible even indenting the skin, then inject. Occasionally I have felt resistance (it would not inject once I was in) so I pulled out and found another spot.
I've been lucky so far. It prob helps that I am not squeamish so can really focus on the minutiae of the process. Good luck!

Re: Trimix Gel
Well, no sooner do I tout my luck, then I have a misfire today. I was in a bit of a rush and was too nonchalant. In retrospect it confirms a point I made. In this case, I did not feel that resistance of the needle penetrating the tunica layer, today it just went in smoothly. I contemplated withdrawing but the pressed the plunger with no resistance. There was a bit of pain. The result was not much more than a chubby, no real core hardness in the cavernosa- a misfire. I imagine I was too low and skirted beneath cavernosa and may have grazed the urethra, or injected the space between cavernosa and urethra, damn it.
