3d date tomorrow - soft glans -

Hi,

2nd last week, was motnproperly prepared (wirh pills) but she is very tight and my soft glans will be a problem.

Now I will be prepared with pills but soft glans was always a problem for me. Any ideas ? Lube ofc.

Last time my erection „buckled“.

Help me out.

Some guys report glans engorgement with Prostaglandin urethral gel. It requires a doctors prescription. Your urologist should know more.
56yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills first, then shots for nearly 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan w/classic pump implanted by Dr Eid 3/25/2025.
