Is penis atrophy real and does your penis shrink with age?

I do believe penis atrophy is real. Shrinkage with age may happen if there are no erections happening.
I fought ED for 13 years and after my implant I am definitely shorter than my good days. I encourage guys to do the implant asap when ED begins to prevent size loss.

Yes and yes. You can reduce it with VED and other strategies, but as you age and if you are not getting normal erections, your tissues with tighten and shrink somewhat. It’s slow and not like an inch a year or anything, but you’ll notice it over time.

ATROPHY is very real.
You can combat it with VED and traction therapy.

And use your dick often!

I can only go on experience to date Chuck, closing in on 10 months post op. I visibly lost size post RRP due to the ED/zero erections that the procedure caused, to the point I was having problems just taking a pee. Before then I don't think my size had changed since my youth. Post implant I'm back to pre ED size, shower flaccid etc, and everything works great. Yes I think that if I use/cycle the implant daily it will probably prevent any age related loss. I do think it's a "use it or lose it" situation. The ED hasn't gone away but the symptoms are now masked by the implant. My belief is that atrophy will rear its ugly head again unless I try and replicate natural erectile function and spontaneous nocturnal erections. The implant will do that but I think it needs constant vigilance. Hence I pump mine up at every opportunity!
