Has anyone had surgery for both Peyronie's Disease AND ED in one surgical procedure?
That's what I'm facing in about two weeks.
Have any of you been through this?
If yes, how did thing work out?

No, I haven't. I wish you all the best. Please keep us posted on your progress.
I never had an implant but it's clearly the best way to correct both PD and ED.

Re: Peyronie's Disease AND ED
I've read statements that an IPP is the gold standard for treating peyronies. You would be fixing two problems with one surgery.
I strongly suggest having this discussion with a very well qualified IPP doctor. I think that you'll be happy that you did.

Re: Peyronie's Disease AND ED
I had a 90 degree upward curve, 2 complete courses of Xiaflex which shifted to 60 degrees. Combined with ED I made the call and had implant today. There was some work needed to get me to 20 degrees curve but I think it will improve as cycling begins. There is some initial pain and the desire to measure etc but all to soon. All this to say looking at my old friend again inflated to @30 % I wish I had made the call a year ago.
