Girth Injections - Completed

Gents:

I posted a long time ago to see who here had possibly been through any girth enhancements post-implant . I did not get any responses AT ALL. i was kind of shocked to be honest.
But in many other conversations, it seems that a lot of us have thought about it.

Well, I finally pulled the trigger and got it done. For context: I have had done this prior to my implant, so I wasn't scared of the procedure at all. But for years after the implant I was scared of an injection going too deep and fucking up my investment. So waited kept asking around. My implant doc does injecitons. But only HA. And I have no interest in a short term shitty investment that wears off. I even asked him directly if would and could the permanent stuff - PMMA / Bellafil. He said no, not by choice but due to the "brand " that he was under for that type of proceure. So I kept looking.

I went Rejuvall Clinic in Atalanta, their doc is a double-board-certified urologist. So I felt very comfortable with his abilities.
NO THIS IS NOT any type of ad, or shill, or other wise: I paid full tilt and gave the receipt. This post is to give back and let y'all know that this can be done safely.

The doc's name there is Dr. Carney. His bedside manner was top notch. He spent a pretty good deal of time prior to the procedure identifying where all my tubes were and asking many questions and telling his assistant how planned to do things.

Its been like pulling teeth on this board to find much on this topic or get any interest or response. Hence why I came back to make this post - pay it forward a little bit. theres another that is really popualr for enahncements. But the crossover for those of us with implants doest really exist.

i have a malleble so no worrys on it getting popped .and i was interested in fillers just to get back original girth and to have that without needing to be engorged .
i tried HA fillers here in the philippines , 20cc and it was very afordable .
in the clinic right after it looked good , then 5 hours later the swelling was monsterous . plus after days on end it did not recede . the clinic engouraged me to wait . but 8 days and no improvement , i had it dissolved .
i was reluctant at first because they would not say what brand or type of HA filler they used other than "its korean "
in thailand they list the different brands availble , but this isnt thailand .
so a swing and a miss for me .

i live in the philippines now . the clinic was a ferry ride off this island then a bus ride to the 2nd largest city in the country . so not out of my way .
but how much and how long did your swelling last ?
its hard to get first hand info from actual patients who have had fillers .
when i did a online search for answers ,it said 2 or 3 days of slight swelling is normal . that did not help my concern since i had large swelling that did not receed after 8 days . i was wrapping it in compression bandages used for injurys after surgery .
thailand is popular in the philippines for medical procedures and is close with a realitvely afforable air fare . but since it was availble here , why not ?
while in the clinic and they finished the nijections ,i was thinking ; whats the big fuss and exspense all about ?
it was a pretty simple procedure . . maybe the type they used was not appropiate for penile girth enhancement so the reaction i had ,IDK
by the way when you had your injections did they mainy do the top of the shaft , from the left side across the center to the right side ?
on mine they did not go lower than half way down on either side .nothing on the bottom . that might be beacuse of the plumbing down there . the urethra location

i did find this on swelling ; Injecting large volumes (e.g., 10–20cc) in a single session causes massive tissue trauma and profound swelling. High-end protocols split the total volume across multiple sessions spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, which limits the localized fluid response and yields a smoother result.

i did have 20cc in one session . the article also mentioned if the right method and location in the shaft is not used it can cause more swelling than normal .

The filler must be placed uniformly below the Dartos fascia but strictly above Buck's fascia. Misplacement into more superficial dermal layers or too deep near the vascular bundles guarantees severe inflammatory edema.
