Go to a Urologist that works with sexual issues and tell him you would like to get a prescription for Cialis.. Don't take baby does...go ahead and take 20mg tablet 3 hours before sex.If drinking is involved have no more than 1 drink.
If that doesn't work Immediately go to step two..... get a prescription for Trimix.There are no guarantees but there is a very high chance Trimix will work.

During the last 5 years you developed some ED. This isn’t something you did to yourself. You don’t ruin your penis masturbating or anything like that. It just happened.

As we get older it can become more difficult to reach orgasm. Also normal. And frankly sex doesn’t feel as good (to me) when I’m not fully hard.

The solution is the same regardless of cause. Get a good urologist who knows men’s sexual health, not just kidney stones and enlarged prostates. Have them guide you through trialing the oral ED meds (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis). If that doesn’t work move on to bimix or TriMix injections. If that doesn’t work consider an implant.
A decent cockring can help slowdown venous leak, keeping the erection firmer. Give that a try as well. Any decent sex shop that sells toys will have a variety. I found a thick silicone one was best. Strong enough to apply some pressure but not uncomfortable.

Keep at it. Try whatever is next in line until you have achieved a good result.

Best thing is to just buy a couple different ones and try them out. That’s what I did.

1. If I were you, I’d do a lot of “Edging”, which you may or may not know is masterbating right up to the point of orgasm, but stop before it happens. Wait a little bit, then do it again and again. Make your body want it so bad that you feel like you’re going to explode. If you know going to or hope to hook up with a woman, don’t orgasm for at least a week before.

2. Before my ED from having a prostatectomy (RP), I too had an issue with going soft during intercourse. What I did that fixed the issue, is I basically simulated the feeling you have when you are about to orgasm while penetrating. For years, we tried to train ourselves not to cum too quickly. So now, we have to do the opposite. When we/you cum, our body fights urge of having fluid leave your body until it takes over and it happens.

If/when you start to go soft, search your feelings and try to find the feeling of when you urinate. Almost like pushing. Your body, if like mine, will tense up to prevent this from happening and you will start to get the feeling of an orgasm. It took some practice, but it worked for me.

I'm frustrated now because i woke up to find out my PCP is out sick and no appt available for a month and a half or two.

I requested a telehealth appointment for later today and the only person is an available so... yeah that's going to be interesting. Hoping I can get at least a referral out of it and get to a urologist asap.

im glad i am circumcised.
you losing hardness most likely is venous leakage . after i hit early 60s ,i would start getting softer with girl on top . the other positions were ok , but i needed pills and used different suppliments . plus getting older made the refractory period much longer .
when i had a 34 year old stay with me for a few weeks i purposely held off on orgasiming just so i could wear her out and enjoy having her .

Hair meds? How did you know? I don't remember mentioning it. I"m on Finasteride.
