Back again Brothers. Feeling a little nervous. Have a tele conference with Dr. Kramer on Thursday Sept. 3. Wife will sit in with me due to my being easily confused and forgetful, due to my TBI. She keeps all my medical data on her IPhone. She discovered that my local Uro Dr. failed to forward my medical notes on Monday. She managed to copy a print notes at home and I went to local business and faxed notes to Dr. Kramer. Got a confirmation receipt.I pray that it all works out OK. Like I said, nervous.

I wouldn't even consider something as irreversible and radical as an IPP until I had exhausted every possible means to make BiMix/TriMix/QuadMix work. Contrary to other's experience, I find it super effective as well as convenient, comfortable and cheap.

Totally agree with CanGetItUpButNotOff. I tried every method, some worked, some not so much. Finally I got to the fork in the road; no erections or erections with an IPP. Stay with whatever works until it doesn't, then move to the next method. For me, the IPP has been a Godsend after all the pills and injections finally failed.

Thanks Cangetit. I have tried pills,injections,and now am considering IPP. Just got of phone with Dr. Kramer on cape cod Urology, about a 2.5 hour one way drive. We reviewed and discussed my medical records and we both decided on implant surgery. I am now scheduled for surgery some time in Jan. 2027. His office will research my insurance (federal BCBS) and Medicare. They will schedule and contact me with a date in Jan. Just happy together the ball rolling so to speak.

Back again guys. I mentioned that I spoke with Dr. Kramer on Sept. 3 and now tentatively scheduled for implant in Jan. 2027. Damned if I want to wait that long but wife in recovery from shoulder surgery from June 3 and then cataract surgery on both eyes to be determined. She sees eye Dr. on Sept. 30th for first visit. Then she needs a wisdom tooth removed. Will be tough at age 61. I’m hoping for something happening earlier. Was reviewing some entries about using 10 mgr cialis daily and then taking 100 mgrm Viagra the day you wanted to have sex. Forgot who discussed that here on the board. I have an almost full bottle of Viagra 100 mgrm here at home and will have soon 30 pills of 20 mgrm cialis on site.. I have already tried 2 20 mgrm pills of Cialis but no joy. Going to run this by with Dr. Kramer and see what he thinks. Want to be safe and not wind up in the ER with a priapism. Curious on thoughts and if any one has info on mixing Viagra and Cialis. Again,won’t do this without Uro’s approval.

If you haven't already, I suggest you learn the proper use of a VED and ring. This knowledge could help you steer clear of pills, injections, and surgeries. While it may require some time and patience, it proves effective for most men with ED once they learn the technique.

Thanks Kimbal. Tried a VED. All it did was raise my limp flacid member. I may have not did it correctly. Due to my TBI I get confused easily along with my poor memory.

I totally understand your feelings. Many if not most guys, myself included, didn't master the technique right away - it can take a few days or even a month to accomplish that.

I haven't had an implant myself, but from what I've gathered here, it seems way more complex than just using a VED and a tension ring. I really think you should think about this before going for surgery.
