When you send a message, it sits in your outbox until it has been read by the recipient.
Yes, this is different than most systems, but it is actually a great feature.
Don't panic. Messages are not stuck. They just have not been read/opened yet.

I would really like to remove that 100 message private inbox thing. We are not in 2006 anymore. Is there any way to update it?
