Is my ED psychohenic and can be reversed or not

Hello to everyone, Im new here and have this problem...

I have suffered from ED for 7+years and want to know if it is psychogenic or not.

I have had extensive tests by numerous specialists and they have come to the conclusion that my ED is psychogenic in nature. Professor Ralph in London also said that my ED is purely psychogenic.

The problem is that my morning/nightime erections are non-existant and I cant get hard on my own to masturbate. I cant think of the last time i had a reliable erection and have come to the conclusion that surely there must be some sort of physical element involved.

My question is that if the ED was psychogenic then surely id be able to get hard on my own at the very least?

Welcome! What's your age? What's your testosterone measurement? What other blood tests have you had? What sort of specialists have you seen? Why did Prof. Ralph say that?

Im 42 nearly 43.

I done blood tests about 7 years ago and was told that they were normal including testosterone levels.

He said that because all other tests were normal including npt and when he examined me he gave me an injection into my penis and even though i didnt get a full erection from that he still said i was physically normal and has put it down to purely psychogenic reasons. Its seriously messing with my mind.

PS I must have seen about 7 different andrologists and urologists and they all putting it down to purely psychogenic. Surely if i cant get hard while alone and zero nightime/waking erections there must be a physical element to this?

Well, seven years is a long time. A lot can change. At age 53 my testosterone suddenly failed in a matter of days. Don't you have a more recent testosterone measurement? What's npt? Do you have a luteinizing hormone (LH) measurement? This is the necessary precursor to testosterone.

Seems like at age 43 you should be able to masturbate successfully to the porn or fantasy (straight or gay) of your choice. Is this not possible? What happens when you take 100mg Viagra, or the generic, sildenafil?

What kind of libido do you have? Have any of your doctors discussed venous leakage?
