You urologist has some culpability if you were not shown how to do the injections in the office, including having you do an actual injection. If that had happened you would have known that was the wrong size needle.

(When I was shown by my urologist, it was at an 8 am appointment so that in the event of a problem (erection lasting more than 4 hours) I could be treated in their office during office hours and not have to go to an emergency room!)
