Need Advice, problem with orgasms after prostatectomy

5 years 3 months out. Year 5 was better than 4, year 4 better than 2. 1 sucked major. No matter how much time, things just never get the same. I have to say and I have discussed it with a couple of my doctors in the past, I am certain that the testosterone has helped strengthen the urinary sphinctor because incontinence got to be less of a problem after a couple months of 4 pumps per day. Worst issue now is after about 20 pushups I have to pee immediately even though I pee right before the first push-up. None if this is how i envisioned my life at 56 years old but as time I am getting more accepting of it. Next adventure, and implant. No need to carry around an empty bucket the next 30 years.
