You will love the foam sleeve. you might try the sleeve before you buy the ring. The benefits of the Osbon ring will not work through the foam sleeve.

Re: LOOKING FOR HELP
The foam sleeve is the very most important item for me. Without the sleeve I have terrible results with my pump. But with the sleeve, it is wonderful, easy, and comfortable. It is very important to get the correct diameter. too big or too small will give you poor results. I, personally have 3 different size sleeves, but only one works. But it works very well. I have used standard rings that came with my pump and I have used Osborn rings. How well the blood stays in your penis will dictate which kind of ring and amount of tension you will need. It takes some experimentation. It took me about 2 weeks to really dial in my equipment , but it is well worth the money and the time. Pills give me a headache and are too expensive. Also the pump has made me bigger than I ever was, even before RRP surgery.
