I posted this under pumps as well, so you may have seen it there.
I have had success with the vacuum pump when doing rehabilitation post RPr surgery. We tried to carry that success over to intercourse and it was a flop. I couldn't keep an erection for any length of time, which was not a problem with rehabilitiation. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?

Re: Intercourse Issue
What likely 'went wrong' was the same reason i quit using the pump for intercourse.... the restiction ring (i call it a snap ring, cuz it snaps off of the pump on to the penis)... I found that uncomfortable, and where the ring was, there developed the "hinge effect' ... penis full of blood, but nothing AT the body, where penis attaches...leave it free to swing up or down.
I never tried the foam sleeve which is supposed to alleviate that flopping.
I am assuming you have not used a restriction ring along with the pump ?

Office,
One other trick when pumping is to not use man-on-top position (or woman-on-top even).
Some people can, but it never works well for me due to hinge effect/awkward angle and the least bit of deflation also makes it a problem).
Best position for me is SPOONs -- up against her behind.
Then even if some deflation occurs you can still get good purchase!
Are you using two rings? That is usually a must and even then will get slow deflation over time.
With pumps I guess you just have to work fast, ya know?
(all that said, Trimix shots is the way to go, no limits on position or time or nothing ... just too much of a good thing really).
