The alpha blocker thing is interesting. When you have performance anxiety, you can feel the adrenaline pumping, which leads to shrivel dick due to the smooth muscle not relaxing.
Meaning you have to be relaxed mentally and physically to be able to get an erection, which is difficult if you have ED and know you're possibly going to have a problem.
Luckily my ED is purely physical from an injury, so while I had that anxious feeling for a while when I first had ED, I got over it and now nerves aren't so much of a problem. More of a concentration thing now, as I become more adept at using positions that favour my ED and focus on staying as aroused as possible.
A Process of Elimination
Re: A Process of Elimination
Hi AVL,
How are you?
May I ask what your condition is? I hope you're managing it well.
I just spoke to my family doctor about the alpha blocker. As expected he said he couldn't prescribe it for ED as that's not its licenced use.
There are other ways to get your hands on all kinds of drugs but I am wary as I don't want another psychological crutch like the Cialis I already take.

37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
