Hi All, Had my dog to the vet last week due to him not being his usual self he is a Kings Charles Spaniel 8years old, short story he was very constipated, had to have 2 enema,s one under an anesthetic to clean him out, when i picked him up after spending 3 night in hospital there , the vet had prescribed him antbiotic,s when i asked what they were for he informed me the the dog had an enlarged prostate and this may have contributed to him getting so constipated , and they were to reduce the size of the prostate, lol.
Well i was thinking i hope he doesn,t have to get a penile implant as he hasn,t got a ballbag to put the pump into,

Charlie, I suppose they can put the pumping mechanism pretty much anywhere--they just put in the human scrotum for convenience. Of course, since his manual dexterity is limited, I guess you can be he one to pump it up whenever he's ready to boogie. Or maybe get a remote control device. The possibilities are endless!

Charlie....my GP said an important step in maintaining good prostate health is daily ejaculations. Perhaps this is the problem with your dog. You might consider getting your dog a "Fleshlight" or a hired "dog escort" to assure he ejaculates frequently.

Very funny Jerry, yes i may think about your suggestions for the dog lol, i don,t believe daily ejaculations help preventing poor prostate health,it didnlt help me and im sure there are lots of guys here with PC,a, that daily ejaculations hasn,t helped them either. chatting to most of the guys here we all seem to do our fair share of daily ejaculations whether it be solo or with a partener. what do you guys think .

I assume there are others like me with ejaculation problems. For me, I need to start taking a supplement about two hours in advance. Then I take a Viagra 30 minutes in advance and start pumping 20 minutes in advance. Upon exiting the cylinder, I need to slide a tight cock ring down to the base of my shaft and kegel for about five minutes to force more blood into my dick to bring it up to a decent erection.
