Jelqing vs stretcher

Postby Jamesbond » Sun Jan 29, 2017 6:31 am

I
Trying to get back lost length. Thinking of getting an implant.

I had a cheap stretcher that I would secure behind the head.
Was good because I could fall asleep with it on.
I kniw not the best idea but it was not confortable so I would wake up often.

They have one that works by suction and a elastic strap to create pull.
Thinking of buying one.

I did notice an improvement with the stretcher.
About 1/2 inch I guess (flaccid)

Jelquing, have been having trouble finding time to do it consistently.

Does one technique work better than the other in general?
I know some Dr's recommend things to prevent loss of length.
What do they recomend?
Thank you
Thinking of getting implant. Have not done it because of the length I
have lost.

If I where you, I would get a penimaster pro. Forget jelquing.

I'd advise you to be very careful with both practices.

Jelqing in a combination with Stretching can really injure you penis (as did mine).

Once injured, you will have a very tough time healing the Peronie's disease.

Remember if you do these to always warm up, can't emphasize this enough!

PeniMaster is indeed a good extender but quite expensive. You can get a VacExtender KR for under $100, also a vacuum based extender. I gained close to an inch using an extender in combination with manual stretching and Jelqing.

Hey man, I'd love to add some length too (after I'm healed from my current injury) but am afraid I will just reinjure myself.

Did you do warm ups? Any other safety precautions maybe?

Hi
I don't warm up.
I think I should start.

I usually just go easy the first few times.

I have a VED device.
I try to do it everyday now.
15 minutes at 5lbs ,then 5 minutes at 2.5lbs

I think I did gain but slightly. At best maybe 1/2.

I did not want surgry. What if it does not go good.
I used to be pretty big. That is what I brought to the table.
I think at this point I have accepted only way I can fix my ED is with the implant.
Been years. I just wish I could get back my old length or close to it.
Trying aggressively but not so agresive that I injure myself.

If I get another stretcher. The PeniMaster or VacExtender.
Coconut oil okay for lube?
It is 3 hrs minimum a day I have to use it?
7 days a week or 5?

Thank you

It is always best to warm up first or at least do some lite Jelqing.

Five hours is the recommended minimum every day. I, however, averaged about 3.5 hours, five or six days a week. Accordingly, it took about five years to gain an inch.

Thanks for the info.
I appreciate it.

I read a small hospital study they thought it needed more research.
Think they thought it was promising. Was a small study.
Think they also where not sure if what they where doing was optimal
and would work the best.
You have web sites and countless devices and pills on
market.
Still no hospital or legitimate md company has to find out what
works best and how many hrs a day would work better.
thank you
