Size of Penis. Pump vs Injection

I've noticed that I can get a decent length/girth including the head of my penis with pumping.
When injecting with Alprostadil I don't seem to get as much length/girth and the head or glans stays small.
Any thoughts?

Do you have a vacuum gauge on your pump? I don't and wish I did, as objective measure would be helpful.

I can get about 5.25 inch erection (with pills and a lot of stimulation), but with vacuum assist, 6.25 or even 6 3/8. The extra inch, I attribute to 1) the vacuum drawing blood into penile tissues that normally do not engorge from venous pressure alone 2) drawing the base of the peniis forward into the vacuum tube and 3) the vacuum tube drawing more blood into the cavernosum and spongiosum than would normally be pushed by venous pressure alone. Note that 1) and 3) are similar, but not the same.

This is speculation on my part, as I do not have the equipment or expertise to come to a definitive answer, but I wanted to let you know that you are not the only one wondering. I have been wondering ever since I got the VED in preparation for my implant. So, I especially wonder what size I will have with the implant vs the VED vs my past "natural" erections.

No vacuum gauge. It's a manual pump. I just pump until it becomes uncomfortable, then another pump or two.
When I inject it's rock hard...just not as long or thick.

Try using an adjustable cock ring right after injecting. That's what I do...reinforces firmness for me, even though I get a very good response injecting. Also insures glans is maxed out. Make sure it can be easily removed when hard

This is what I use...you assemble it before putting on...snug but not tight. It will tighten up after you inflate your dick. Easily unsnaps when hard.

The ones I got with my VED are useless.
I'm currently using what my doctor calls "a novelty" item.
It works well.

I've heard guys who use a vacuum pump say that their penis looks incredibly huge inside the cylinder. The trick is getting the ring on the base of the penis as quickly as possible without having the blood drain out from that huge penis.

The beauty of using a "medical" VED is that you can slip the tension band around the base of your pumped etection [b]before[b] releasing the vacuum. I also have a "sex shop" pump with gauge that I use for about 10 minutes at 5 hg prior to using the VED which results in an additional 1/2 inch of girth.

I can pre pump in the "sex shop" up to 30 minutes prior to using the VED and still attain the extra temporary girth in the VED after only 30 seconds of pumping.

You will have to share your technique! I also have a VED branded device and I find it marginal at best. I usually lose an inch or more trying to put the band on. I've tried all techniques including preloading the band on the device and sliding it off without breaking the seal. I've had the best success re pumping after the seal is on. Some of the rings are useless for this because they have "ears" or or a surgical band and you can't get the tube to reseal to your pubic area. I've tried a smaller "sensation seal" but when I get an erection I can't remove the tube because the seal is too tight and wind up losing everything in the process.
My best success is with pumping for about 20 min., sliding the seal on and re pumping until I get back what I lost. I use a "novelty" constriction ring as it is smaller than the circumference of the pump. All this after taking at least 20 mg of Cialis that day produces the most satisfactory pumping experience.

My guy has really got an increase in girth from injections.
I don't consider myself "well endowed", but tried the toilet paper roll test and couldn't get into it lol.
My wife won't mention it, but I hope she likes the change.
I used to not feel both sides when we had sex lol.

Either of these are good but the osborn rings are the best and work on either pump. I don't use the ring cones on the osborn pump because it cut the rings. There are sharp edges involved.
