Hey RT Frog. I just started with trimix injections and to be honest I was scared shitless when my Dr suggested penis injections. Well I'm happy to say there is no pain from the needle. I had 3 shots so far, the first one by the Dr and the last two were self injected. No pain at all. Slight pinch but very, very slight.
Good luck, give it a try. My erections are great.

My two cents. I think you'd probably need to learn more about where the implants are before you stick a needle in. You don't want to puncture the casings where the silicone is located. As far as pain, I have to go with the group and say there is very little. You have very few nerve endings in your penis shaft, thus maybe a slight stick when you puncture the skin. You cannot feel anything any deeper than that. The most you'd experience would be a little pressure when you inject.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.
