Either of these are good but the osborn rings are the best and work on either pump. I don't use the ring cones on the osborn pump because it cut the rings. There are sharp edges involved.

With tri-mix injections my erections were great not to big and my wife loved them. My dick stayed hard for a good hour. After radiation therapy for prostate cancer the shots quit working. I started using a Pos-T-Vac VED. The erections were huge, hard as a rock and my wife hated it but at least sex was possible. It took 2 tension rings to keep the erection and taking one off over an erect dick was excruciating. We both hated it. So I was implanted on 10\4\2016 and the rest is history as is my ED.
