There are several ways to improve your erections and sexual performance without taking ED drugs. A few tips:
a) Relax! Sex is all about relaxation. If you've had a stressful day, it's probably not a good idea to have sex in the evening.
b) Fatigue is another major cause of erectile failure. If possible, try to rest or take a nap before you have sex.

Sexual performance is connected to every other aspect of our physical, emotional and mental well being. The Depression aspect often gets overlooked in my opinion. the other huge thing for all men dealing with ED is performance anxiety. Desperately watching to see if things work only make them work less.
