Well I believe you are doing the right thing now. Don't wait since you are young with many years ahead of you.

I am happy with it since I am no longer stressed out over the ED, I think you will too. Good Luck

I have a Venous Leak, too. I am scheduled for implant surgery on September 18. I get erections several times a night and they are probably the hardest I have ever had in my life. I love that feeling and enjoy touching it when I wake up with morning wood. I will certainly miss it, but reality is if I move my body at all, it deflates immediately. I would rather have an artificial erection that I can use than a completely useless natural one. Shots, pills, etc. don't work for me. It's time for me to move on.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Know the feeling. I go into surgery tomorrow and suddenly getting nighttime and morning wood. Have no idea why, and still can't really seem to keep a hard erection even to masturbate. Just concentrating on healing as fast as I can, getting back in the gym and putting my new dick to use.
