I AM A PARAPLEGIC AND CANT GET AN ERECTION , DONT HAVE MUCH MONEY AND CANT ORGASM , WHAT CAN I DO MY WIFE AND I ARE DESPERATE TO HAVE A CHILD BUT CANT , DOES ANY ONE KNOW AN AFFORDABLE WAY TO ACHIEVE THIS?

Adrian,
So sorry to hear of your situation. I'm not a doc, but I believe it is possible to retrieve your sperm and then have in vitro fertilization. I'd definitely make an appointment with a reproductive specialist as a start.
Re the cost, all I can think of is crowd funding, and I have no idea how that works.

Adrian,
I am sorry you are in this position and hope there will be a viable solution for you and your wife. Is there a state office for paraplegics or those with disabilities that might help with funding or be able to direct you to funding? I would be surprised if there wasn't some type of advocacy to help people in your situation. Prayers and best wishes to you.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
