If your ED is psychogenic, then IMO the NoFap program will almost certainly cure you (google it if you've never heard of it). I find this young man's story particularly encouraging: https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/age-22-ed-cured-80-days. Keep in mind this program is slow and could take many months to work.
If you go on to find that you have some incurable form of organic ED then the inflatable penile implant seems to be a good solution for a lot of men, even young men. Here are links to stories I found helpful.
User caddyman from an online health forum had venous leak by birth and got an implant sometime in his late 20s/early 30s. He reports back in multiple posts indicating he is happy.

Another guy named Colin with congenital venous leak who got an implant at age 20. This is a "feel good" video about his story.

Colin was on this site years ago and you can search for his posts - his username is "minnesota."
FrankTalk user Cnidium was in a bad car crash that left him with permanent ED. He went for the implant at age 27 and seems to be having a great time. His story is here.

Some other young, implanted users on Frank Talk that you could search for: ED2013, merrix, geophd (doesn't have an implant as of now but has some really insightful posts worth reading), dustyknox, tomford .
Okay, so I realize this turned into a post almost completely about implants which is probably not what you wanted to hear. Some men have bad experiences with implants and you need to consider that too because the surgery is irreversible. I admit that I am biased because I want one. So do your own research. You should find the underlying cause of your ED and treat it if you can. But if you find that your ED is in fact permanent then the implant is there for you. The idea that there are "no options" out there is, thankfully, not true.
I'm starting a 30-day NoFap challenge. If it makes a difference I'll keep going. If not, well, I'll just keep looking for a solution.
27. Montreal, Canada. Suffering from ED for a few years. Went to see a urologist. He told me they stopped trying to treat ED and my only hope is Viagra/Cialis. Looking for a cure (if one exists) instead of just a quick fix (viagra/cialis).

Good idea. IMO NoFap is a good way to help rule out psychogenic ED. Keep in mind a lot of guys report that it took them longer than 30 days for NoFap to work. Also make sure you do the basics of keeping yourself healthy - eat right, work out, sleep, don't smoke (you know, the obvious stuff). Bad health conditions like obesity and smoking can contribute to ED.
If none of that works, get your blood tested (testosterone, lipid panel, prolactin, and comprehensive metabolic panel are some of the tests my doc ordered for me... PM me if you need more info). And then get a penile Doppler Ultrasound done.
Thanks for all the help and advice. I'll keep you updated.

I'm on day 4 of my NoFap challenge and I woke up this morning with a little morning wood. I say little because it only lasted a few seconds, but it's a start. Hopefully, things will continue to get better.

Re: No Cure?
Sorry to hear about your ED at such a young age. My recommendation is to find another urologist that specializes in ED. This person will be able to give you a diagnosis and options for treatment. I suspect venous leak.

Hi Montreal, I´m Francisco, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Firs of all, please, forgive me for my Tarzan english. I´m not a native speaker, and the only moment I use it, is when I read FT and internet.
I been dealing with a venous leak since the last 10 months. I can tell you for sure a couple of things.
For what I had read on FT, and my own personal experience, Dcrs don´t know a fucking shit about what´s a Venous Leak. It´s like a chapter out of book. The majority of Docs, will be looking the wrong way, (symphtoms), because 1) They have been told that VL es a rare thing (Is not), and the Pharmaceutical Industry is one of the most powerfull in the world, by lobbying, they induce Docs to only prescribe drugs, and dilate as much as possible finding the real issue.
I spent the last year almost reading ass many ass possible books or studyes or pappers about this. Is more real/common than they think it is. But it is true although that is not the MOST of all cases.
If you have a VL, at the day, the only cure is the implant (radical cure, indeed).
This pasts months, I ve proved all the oral medication and every kind of herb supply. Some are a scam, some not. Arginine and Citruline worked fine for me, decent. Black Maca also, but not as much as citruline.
I really hope you get through these, because this is not over. It is a fucking nightmare, but you can beat this thing. Don´t give up.
Hope to ear from you soon!
