Bionic Boner....Love it!!

Alright, I spent quite a while this afternoon reading old posts in the implant section. I probably scared the crap out of myself with those posts. Several testimonials assuring me I would loose from 1-2 inches of length, and their painful ordeal of trying to get it back to the length it was with no success. I was thinking of gaining length and girth not loosing. I am imaging that the pain they speak of is scar tissue. Muscle's stretch, but scar tissue doesn't, it has to tear loose. I know this from knee replacements. I have had one replacement and my wife has had four. You actually have to tear the scar tissue inside to get you movement back and I suspect the same is going on inside that penis and no one is going to stretch it enough to tear it because of the pain. You could probably be put to sleep and let the doctor manipulate it.

Still don't even like the thought of injections and the pills do still work.. I'm thinking I might try the lower dosage of some of the pills and get a pump and do some therapy with it. I have a penis pump that we found in my father in laws house after he passed. I have played with it but after reading some on these, the tube is way to big for me. This thing will hold about a 12 inch penis with girth as big around as a coke can. Which brings up a question that is on my mind. When you pump that thing up and slide that ring on, it is going to keep the blood in the penis, so how is your ejaculation going to get past the ring?

I didn't like the thought of injections, either, when I first read about them on Frank Talk; however, after much initial frustration with the pills, I changed my attitude. You really should devote some time to the injection discussions on this site, as I think it will ease your anxiety. It is much more common than you might think, and it doesn't cause any real pain when you poke the needle in. The needles are small, usually 30 or 31 gauge. I understand your hesitation and thought I wouldn't even consider giving myself a shot in my penis, but I'm now a believer. Injections are usually more dependable than the pills, but I still have success with the pills--maybe alternating a week with the pills, then a week with the injections. The injections usually create an erection that lasts beyond ejaculation, and I think you will find that a plus. Read other posts and see the examples of how to do the injections. The urologist will either give you your first one or have you do it in his office, and it is not as awkward as you might imagine. Don't rule it out, and definitely take time to discuss it with your urologist on your next visit--but you should read about it on this site so that you know what you're talking about before your visit. If you have a top-notch urologist who specializes in ED, he will know all about injections.
