How do you increase/regain penis sensitivity?

I don't know if it were my porn and masturbation habits which caused this but my penis has almost next to no feeling. It wasn't the case earlier, I remember at least the penis head being really sensitive. I think my scrotum was sensitive too long back. Personally I also suffer from severe ED which is strange for my age 26 and very little libido.

There are many ways to solve an erection but how can I regain penis sensitivity? Ejaculation while having sex is just impossible. Ejaculation during masturbation has become hard too and now it is painful after masturbating so I don't even do it.

On the internet I find man1man oil advertising all over the forums. They do a good job of commenting on every forum/video. I'm using that anyway because I am desperate.

My ED was caused by a Venous Leak so my loss of feeling was mostly do to not getting hard enough to fully enjoy sex or masturbation. as a circumcised guy one thing I had noticed over the years was my glans had gotten very dry. I started rubbing moisturizing body lotion on my penis every day and that helped me. I regained both sensitivity and a healthier looking penis.

I was a "vagina virgin" until I was 28, until I met my wife. I masterbated practically every day of my life till then, some times 3 to 4 times a day. When she didn't want any I would wack it myself. Even now with a soft dick I beat the willy alot since I can't have intercourse. My dick is 63 years old and is still super sensitive.

Are you a diabetic? You may have to pursue other reasons for the loss in sensitivity.

I have tried many "snake oils" for my impotence, none even came close to helping. I feel I was throwing my money away.

Especially the glans. That is what dried out, not having a foreskin to protect it and keep it moist.
