Update

I believe the program did help a good deal but didn't totally cure all of my issues. I do think it was worthwhile for me and may well be worth it to others dealing with anorgasmia to give it a try.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

The idea, in brief, is that men tend to respond the wrong way as soon as they experience problems getting to orgasm. I've seen many posts here in the topic. What we tend to do is to stroke faster and faster and grip harder and harder as we seek the stimulation level we need to reach orgasm. This causes us to become dependent on more and more stimulation.

With the Fleshlight ("aviator" model is the one I got. There are many models!), it is impossible to use the "death grip" since it has a rigid plastic outer part. The inner does feel quite realistic, without the many bumps, but maybe a little tighter than a real vagina at least my model, so when used the Fleshlight does not overstimulate. The idea is to "retrain" your penis and general sexual response so it feels necessary sensation/stimulation at a level like that of a real vagina, not way beyond, like super fast hard-squeezing jacking off gives. there's some brain retraining involved as well as user can lie back and enjoy. I am an older guy, user of injections whether with partner or masturbating solo. Love the erection-causing function of my injections which have been nearly 100% effective for 4 years now. (use Edex/Alprostadil, between 10 and 15 units.

There's a program of how to build up better response to milder stimulation, guiding users through a series of weekly masturbation and fucking, taking it very easy at first then building to more frequency. So far it has been about a month since I got my Fleshlight. Have used it solo and also with my wife's help, and had pretty god success. I still have to go quite fast to get off but get there quicker and more reliably. Not yet able to cum orally or from intercourse only but manually, either my hand or my wife's, things have improved. What I'm wondering is whether others have tried this Fleshlight approach. If you have, I'd love to communicate with you, share idea and experiences.

I have used the Fleshlight 4 times.. twice achieved the big O. All 4 times I needed a shit-load of lube and I didn't really enjoy ANY of the times I used it. It was a disappointing waste of $120. :(

This is going to sound crazy, but I find that masturbating with a traditional FL doesn't really work all that well for me, and I still have trouble cumming. But if I wedge it between the couch cushions, kneel down in front, and fuck the FL, the sensation is completely different, and it produces the most intense orgasms I have experienced. Lots of lube, of course. Wet Light for me. YMMV, but maybe worth a try.

Fleshlight Flight hasn't done much for me and hasn't seen any use in well over a year. I was disappointed with it after all the hype I seen over Fleshlights. I really want to get a Venus 2000 which I think is now called the Sybian for men but it cost almost $1000. I can't seem to cum jerking off or getting a blow job unless I'm standing up on my toes... I know it's weird. The only intercourse position I can consistently cum in is doggy style with wifes body elvated enough that I can reach and grab her tits which works the best if we are kneeling on the floor and the wife leans against the bed. This position will usually have me cumming in about 3 minutes. Other positions I can cum in are missionary style on the bed while I'm upright holding the wife's ankles or legs back and standing up with the wife bent over the sink or similar stance but these positions are not quite as effective as the first one I mentioned. Any other kind of positions will usually make me lose my erection quickly when I'm on Viagra and Cialis and can't cum. Trimix has given me the ability to have long lasting marathon sex in just about any position which I love but I still can only cum in the positions mentioned or similar. Visuals play a huge role in cumming and the lights are always on.

!00% agree! Not even as good causing your hand to go to sleep, then jacking off with it.

The FL is obviously not for everybody. However, I only used it in conjunction with the "Cure Death Grip" program with the intent of regaining sensitivity, (http://curedeathgrip.com/plan-fleshlight.html). Without having used the program I doubt that I would have found the FL to produce enough sensation. But that was the whole point, to retrain myself to respond to milder sensations.

Update:

While it did seem there was some success, overall I don't think the program was worth the effort. I haven't experienced any real lasting improvement. That said, I'll note that my experience may not be the norm. I'm an RP prostate cancer survivor (so far) with obvious nerve damage. I also take sildenafil and use alprostadil injections, plus I was in my late 60s. All of those are very likely contributing factors to my anorgasmia.

I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying the program but a miracle cure is not guaranteed.
