New here. What to do

Postby Rossman » Thu Oct 01, 2009 5:08 pm

Hi,
Surgery a year ago and not much going on with ED improvement. I can get a partial erection with Viagra, but it goes away fast and no way usable. getting frustrating. How much improvement can I hope to get after the one year mark?

Time to get to injections. Hasn't your doctor suggested those yet? Injections are not the last resort that a lot of docs or men think they are. They help get things going in the rehab department. They are NOT a life sentence. In the meantime - when you say partial erection, there is room for hope. Have you tried an adjustable cock ring? There is a medical one called the Actis Band. Sort of looks like a Martian around your dick. But it's easy to use. A cheaper alternative would be to go get a cock ring from the sex shop. Get the one that looks like a lassoo. It is a rubber tube that loops through a ball. As you begin to get a little hard, slip it on and cinch it down as tightly as is comfortable. It will help hold blood in. Keep stroking and things should get hard enough to use.
You can certainly also use a pump with rings if this does not work. you are far from done yet. you have lots of options and many guys experience improvement after the one year mark. don't give up.
