Competition

Postby Larry10625 » Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:12 pm

Good afternoon everyone. Despite all the differences of opinions on this great web site we are privileged to be part of, the one thing we have in common is ED and we all agree that ED is depressing and a horrible life changer and that, once fixed, to our satisfaction, our life is great again.

The three things that we all do not agree on are;
1. Who is the best doctor
2. Which is best, Coloplast or AMS
3. Which is better, pills, injections or implants

Think about this for a second though... do these things really matter if we are no longer struggling with ED? The answer I hope you agree on is NO!!!

We are constantly getting new members on her checking out our site and what they see is grown men from 18 to 80 fighting over ridiculous shit.

I am BEGGING all of you, please, for the good of our web site, if you absolutely must fight, about ANYTHING, can we please keep it to private message only. That way visitors will see the positive in this site, not a bunch of juvenile delinquents fighting over shit that, at the end of the day, doesn't matter. :)

Agree 100% Larry. The things that I wanted to know when I found this site was things like, what was the difference between AMS and Coloplast, what was my flaccid length going to be, the difference in how it was implanted, how satisfied men were with their implant, and I wanted to see pictures both right after implant and a month or two after. I feel this is what most men who are looking for a solution to their ED issue are looking for. It is so nice to be able to talk openly about these problems, where else can you do this? Lets try to stay on this point and remember that this site is here to help others who do not know where to turn or who to talk to about their very personal problems.
Ok, I'll put my soap box away now  .

I agree Larry. This site and the guys on it have been incredibly open and their input has helped me a lot with my ED journey toward implant.
There’s absolutely no reason to fight on this site. There’s too many opportunities to help others with information. Speculation is one thing, been there done that brings a whole different perspective!
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

Thanks Larry,
This is what Frank Talk is all about. Conversations that attack another member have no place on a mature forum.

Totally agree Larry. My only beef is with ED/PE. Arguments and infighting are not only counterproductive but a waste of energy and time. Fortunately in my short history on FT the only disagreement I've encountered was my opinion about creating female perspective section. No big deal. FT information has totally empowered my quest for a more fulfilling sex life. My doctor has to be dazzled. :D

Yeah, that subject gets heated every time it comes up. It goes against the terms of the website and against what the site donors have been told. It will NEVER be changed. The only thing that could happen would be to start a different website but, this one must remain men only. Thanks for your support though.

Larry,
Great post. I get tired of being treated like I missed out on something because I have the other brand of implant from guys who think theirs is superior or hearing the only good implants occur when you go to high volume surgeons. My results are as near perfect as they could be so I don’t need to be told anything.

What’s perfect for one man is not perfect for all. Just because some guys have problems with one brand of implant or with their doctor doesn’t mean that brand or that doctor is bad. Others may have wonderful results from them. As stewards of this website all we should be doing is sharing our own experiences. If we can provide all of the information, other men can make their own informed decisions.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
