ED caused by medicines

Postby Burtonbov » Sun Sep 30, 2018 1:18 pm

I suffer from Atrial Fibulation and chronic high blood pressure. My cardiologist and electro physiologist have proscribed a variety of medicines that effectively treat both my AFib and my blood pressure. Physically I feel fine, get regular exercise and have no adverse effects from the meds with the exception of a lack of libido and ED. Are there solutions to counteract the negative effects of the medicines on the libido and ED? At age 80, are there any options other than to just accept my lack of sexual satisfaction.
Married, 79 yr old, no prostate surgery or implants. ED for last several years and lack climax and ejaculation. Viagra used to work but no longer effective. Same for Cialis and Levitra.

i am 74 with similar symptoms. I have been on Testosterone replacement therapy, raising my testosterone to 500, which has helped my libido a lot. I use a Trimix ICI penis injections for erections which has worked great for me. I have been able to do the penis injection myself without any particular concern. I have been able to lower my ejaculation threshold using Wellbutrin, which is a dopamine receptor blocker.
79 years old; Viagra, herbals and stimulants have all stopped working. Treating psoriatic arthritis and thyroid. Low testosterone-started TRT april 2018; using Quadmix 20 units, cockring, Lafayette, Georgia usa

Good morning; I have a lot of medical problems... diabetes, high BP and cholesterol, psoriasis, obesity (225lbs/5"11"), BXO aka LS, and now ED. My libido was almost nonexistent and then my surgeon Rx. testosterone - Delatestryl 2.5mg every three weeks. Now, I am so horney that when the neighbourhood bunnies come on my property, they keep right on a hoppin'.

I am age 81 and find that a good penis pump and constriction rings work for me.
I use this, bought from ADW Diabetes for $108.
Encore Standard Battery Operated Vacuum Erection Device
Item # 44019001
Encore Standard battery operated vacuum erection Device operates easily with only one hand. Simply turn the on/off switch. Includes penile tube with ring ejection system, 4 different size rings, ring loading applicator, lubricant, discrete carrying case, and written instruction manual. Item # 44019-001

I buy extra rings, especially the #4 which works best for me, but eventually wears out. Have used mine for years. Works great, especially like the easy ring ejection feature. Just twist the plastic outer sleeve and the rings slips right on to the base of the penis as the vacuum is released. Quick and effective.
Age 86, divorced, single.
Prostate seed implant radiation (brachytherapy) 1999.
Like a ship without sailors: 'No seaman'. ;)
No implant.
Use electric Encore Impo-Aid vacuum system. #4 & 5 size cock rings.
Generic water based lube.
